Bea Rivera Speaks Out: Alabama Family Human-Trafficked Into Virginia Family Court For Purpose Of Involuntary Servitude And Debt Bondage
Description
Slam the Gavel welcomes Bea Rivera to the podcast. Bea Rivera is a Federal Lobbyist for Foster Youth, "Let's get them home!" Bea serves as one of the National Environmental Coalition and Save Our Children Truth Commission's registered Lobbyists.
Bea explained her story and how she had suffered a stroke and brain injury in the past and how, 2 1/2 years later, she finally came to understand what the agencies within the government did to her and her precious family.
Explaining that not only she herself did not get DUE PROCESS in her case, but other parents as well when they find themselves in these situations. After CPS wrongly removed her youngest child from the state of Alabama, he was then bounced to California and then to Virginia using a different Social Security number, someone else's Social Security number, as her child was born in a different country and is Indian. But exactly where and who is with her child now? However, they are forcing Bea to pay CHILD SUPPORT and have FROZEN HER ASSETS.
Save Our Children Truth Commission was a topic we discussed and how she is part of a Mass Federal Tort case taking place in North Carolina. Bea stated that her case is in Appeals.
Bea questions that why does CPS say they are trying to reunite families and seek kinship, but do the opposite of what they SHOULD do.
