My Favorite Trio.
Julia Turner: her smooth, understated yet hypnotic voice peppered with cuss words I find to be the most listenable in broadcasting. She’s brilliant, funny and I hang on her every word. Stephen Metcalf: his ability to seamlessly string together words only a poet would use into an unbroken, uninterrupted line of clear, off the cuff thought is unmatched. Dana Stevens: I’ve read her Keaton book, which is a must for any film buff, and the concise, researched, opinionated, good natured humor she brings to that she brings to the show. I’m always surprised by her reviews and never disappointed when I follow her advice.

More reviews of Culture Gabfest
This is one of my two favorite pop culture podcasts (along with Pop Culture Happy Hour). It’s fun and insightful and I regularly learn about new movies or TV shows to watch, books, to read, and much more from it. I look forward to its release every week!

They are excellent company, who have turned me onto many good books,...Read full review »

While hearing them discuss topics I already know about is great, the podcast is even better when the topics are new. I use it...Read full review »
