Glorifies and rehabilitates violent anti-Semitic separatists
This podcast host is altogether enraptured by a family of disgusting, violent anti-semites. Horrible at any time, but especially the week of the largest anti-Semitic massacre in American history. I don’t care how family-oriented and quirky they were. Hateful.

More reviews of Slate Presents: One Year
I just tried the first episode for the second time, and I immediately remembered why I turned it off the first time. It’s one thing to be empathetic but this slides right past that into sympathizing and downplaying. You lost me at “one small man..” Do not recommend.

Professionally done, well investigated and interviewed. Easy to get through since it’s short too. This was a big precursor to the Waco standoff and why the govt reacted to that as they did, so I found it doubly interesting.

Yes, the feds totally screwed up but this “nobody” killed a cop. Period. And I’ve always thought Ruby Ridge was a horrible moment and primarily the Feds fault....but let’s not pretend this wasn’t a bad dude. Disappointed
