Today we spoke with Cody Royle - Coach, Best-selling Author, and Former Head Coach AFL Team Canada Cody is a coach to coaches. Author of 'The Tough Stuff' and 'Where Others Won't', he coaches 15 head coaches from 7 team sports globally. Roles range from cultural architect, mentor, confidante, facilitator, sounding board to idea generator; he has worked with the Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Raptors, Pittsburgh Pirates, Premier League...amongst others. We spoke about self-care for coaches, his coaching philosophy, and how his writing style changed from his first book to his latest - how his confidence and voice grew from experience.
