Description
Today we spoke with Bradley Franco - Yoga Trainer and Mental Leadership Coach Brad moved from Orange County, California to Cologne, Germany - we asked why to open up this very insightful dialogue. Currently, Brad is training football teams with regard to their athletic programme - movement quality, yoga, flexibility, recovery protocols, breathwork, and meditation practices. He also teaches yoga privately in Germany and online, grounded in his education in psychology. Brad highlighted the different mentality between a player and an athlete from his perspective, what a good yoga teacher does, and the benefits of a yoga class across different age groups and backgrounds. We dived into the differences between online and in-person engagements, the other big positives yoga gives that are often not highlighted...and how to build yoga buy-in into a routine for skeptics. Echoing a recent chat with Craig White, Brad highlighted the value of quiet time for oneself, elaborated on interoception...and what a typical week looks like for Brad himself, which was very interesting.
