“I really was looking forward to this but the commercials are horrible. First you have TD Jakes with the intro psalm which is excellent. Then there is a commercial break with random ads. Then it continues with a mediation woman speaker who finishes with the breathing, focus and calming exercises. The ads are disruptive as they are place at the wrong time. You really can’t get into a calm space because of the interruption. The ads are random. For example, it is a Christian app but you hear an ad for Plan B 😩”

“I love the podcast but the commercials are so disruptive. Like it’s supposed to help me sleep but then the commercial is blaring loud and yes you can skip them but I try not to look at my phone when meditating and praying.
I still love the podcast though.”
