“Bishop Jakes is bringing a great concept to the audience with “Sleep Psalms”. Or, should I say, he’s trying to. Sadly, the beauty of his narration, prayers, and verses are constantly interrupted by an infestation of automated ads that are increasingly a (frustrating) part of all podcasts. These ads are completely incongruous to the message and Scripture, and the interruptions are hugely jarring. I wish there was a different - AD-FREE - media form for Bishop Jakes to present this to truly bring both the message and intended calm that he is trying to achieve with this series.”

“I love the podcast but the commercials are so disruptive. Like it’s supposed to help me sleep but then the commercial is blaring loud and yes you can skip them but I try not to look at my phone when meditating and praying.
I still love the podcast though.”
