“I love sleep tight relax!
I overthink a lot and have bad anxiety. I’ve been listening to this podcast for years but stopped for a while, but I recently started listening again. I started listening again because I overthink and get really stressed before a fell asleep. I thought this podcast would help and it did! I love the breathing exercises and the affirmations at the end! They help me feel better. Not to mention, Sheryl’s voice is friendly and calming! I love how the stories are interesting but not too complicated or overwhelming.
Overall this podcast is amazing and really helped me :) I also love that they come out with new episodes often. I hope sleep tight relax makes more mindful Mondays! I really enjoy listening to those because they are the most calming for me. 10/10 podcast :D”
