Mo is extraordinary in his kindness and non-judgmental curiosity about life and people. He never tries to dominate or direct his conversations with his guests; instead he encourages them to share and share some more, always enlightening us. Slow Mo is one of very few pods I subscribe to, and I like to listen when he is a guest on other pods as he is equally fascinating with hosts. If you haven’t heard him with Elizabeth Day on β€œHow To Fail” you must.

Enjoyable content but sound quality is hot what it should be and therefore not easy to listen to.

What an a truly inspiring person and podcast. I am a mental health nurse and there is so much in the podcast that will be so beneficial to pass on to my patients for their improved well-being but also to improve my practice and my own personal development- thank you Mo
