“I listened to the Pokémon episode as my first episode. I gave it a full listen and even through my mild disgruntled attitude I finished it. While one guy just wouldn’t stop talking for longer than 10sec intervals the other was albeit nice but a bit too soft spoken. Honestly if the louder of the pair wasn’t so pessimistic/judgy on every single topic it would’ve been a fine listen. He (louder guy) made good points but was just DOGGING on everything this episode, and it got tiring to listen to. I liked the news perspectives and such but could’ve done without the presence of Mr. Can’t Ever Not Interrupt.”

“戒名は仏教の一連の儀式の一つで、神道ではないかと思います…。名前を頂くことに対し感謝の気持ちをお金というかたちで表しているのでは。ある意味寄付の精神と同じで、高額お支払いする人もいます。またこの一連の儀式で多かれ少なかれ癒される遺族もいるのではないでしょうか。
また、寄付について、アメリカは税優遇措置があるので日本より盛んなのかと。ただ、寄付文化の根底は貧富の差がベースにあるので必ずしも寄付が発達してることが優れた文化であるわけではないと思いました！”
