“Incredibly well produced podcast- well paced and informative, and very interesting content. I really enjoy the rapport between the two hosts. I’ve felt touched many many times by the heartfelt insights by the hosts and learned a bit about various rural communities in the US. One of my main comforts is not the content but the genuine love and friendship between James and Jimmy: should out to the infectious laughter. It’s really uplifting and inspiring to hear the two friends ping pong jokes, insights and call outs.
While not applicable to the 99% of listeners: I’ve been through severe tragedy and trauma like they talk about in the show 18 months ago and I’ve met it with EMDR therapy and built up my tool kit for healing and recovery but I never ever miss an episode because somehow it helps me cope and uplifts me. Not sure how to articulate why but this show is a constant encouragement and comfort to me. Thank you James and Jimmy. 🩵”
