Description
What I'm sharing with you today is a little embarrassing. I'm revisiting one of my very first attempts at podcasting from back in 2008, as well as all the mistakes—and there are plenty!—I made as a brand-new podcaster. When you're just starting out as a podcaster, there are a daunting number of unknowns: Am I any good at this? Will anyone listen? Will I be able to fill enough episodes with valuable material week after week? I hope this honest look at my early days addresses some of those unknowns. I'll guide you through the most important lessons I learned in my first years of podcasting, the insecurities I had to overcome, and where I turned for help. I also recommend checking out PodcastingTutorial.com, my step-by-step guide to getting started with podcasting. In it, you'll find even more tips for transforming your brand-new show into a professional podcast. Thanks so much for watching SPI TV, and be sure to subscribe (via YouTube or iTunes) to get new episodes of SPI TV delivered to you each week!
