“I love this podcast so much! It makes me fall asleep so fast I can never finish an episode. The music at the beginning has my brain trained to relaxation. When it used to take two hours, it only takes me ten minutes to fall asleep. 10/10 would highly recommend!!”

“Of the two narrators I’ve heard I prefer the male voice although he tends to pause after every few words but not so distracting that I can’t listen to it.
