“First time to listen your wonderful pod and just loved it. For a couple of months ago after several years i started to reconnect with my spirit and i am on a journey of discovery and healing.
In my youth my intuition always shown it self as vivid dreams , it went so far that family members forbid me to dream about them.
Later on my intuition manifested it self in emotions and thoughts, which led that I didn’t completely understood the why i had all those emotions or thoughts that i experienced. Was often called “crazy” or weird.
Listening to your pod today and what you said about the shame we have, was an aha moment for me because it is so true.
