Description
Kristen shares her alcohol-free story. **Trigger warning... mentions of suicide ideation** Kristen joined the United States Air Force in 2012. Since then, she's held many roles and is excited to pursue her fitness passion and cross into Physical Medicine this year. Kristen hasn't always been the positive person you may know or see today. She struggled with alcohol as a primary coping mechanism since 2013. Alcohol - combined with other events in her life - made 2015 a rock-bottom point. Years later, Kristen took the journey of sobriety, then dabbled with alcohol again on and off for a few years. Over time, she has devoted her life to bettering and loving herself, healing, and helping others do the same. As of March 18th, 2024, Kristen is 199 days sober and loving it.With a lot of consistency, determination, therapy, close friends, Jesus, fitness, and music, she has built herself up to the woman she is today. Kristen is a Certified Personal Trainer through ISSA, a graduate of University of Heath and Performance, has her B.A in Psychology from Liberty University, is a current student at National University for M.A. in Psychology - Certified Mental PerformanceConsultant (CMPC), and many more!
