“Good afternoon, I just listened to this podcast for the first time today. I heard Astrid H speak. I really appreciated the various topics that she covered. I listened today first as a person and second as a therapist. I found tools in many ways for both roles. As a therapist, I do tend to see things through the lens of recovery principles. Much of what she said rang true.”
