Essential for all involved in education
As a former balanced literacy teacher working to shift to using the science of reading, hearing these stories is heartbreaking. It’s not comfortable to know your teaching methods have cause harm to young readers but hearing these stories is critical to making change. If there is one series I wish all elementary teachers, administrators, and parents needed to listen to, it would be this one.
