A Perspective Shift
Statistically speaking, most adults will be single at some point in life (divorce, death, by choice, not by choice, etc) and everyone needs the skills and perspectives to live their best life regardless of relationship status. Great job bringing intellectualism, honesty and humor to this topic, Dr. McGraw!

More reviews of Solo – The Single Person’s Guide to a Remarkable Life
Even if you have no interest in going solo, this is a great podcast! I’m happily married but I’ve enjoyed every minute of it. McGraw is a perfect host and his guests are smart, witty, and engaging. This podcast is an eye-opener!

Finally, a non-snarky, non-whiny podcast about the fluctuations of singlehood with enthusiasm and curiosity. Whether you are single now, soon to be, once were or may be again, there’s something for everyone. And Episode 4’s bonus content about online dating profiles is not to be missed!

My friend sent me the link for the Ethical Non-Monogamy episode and I thought it was great! You can tell Jillian has a strong understanding around the subject and communicates it very well. The episode surprisingly helped with my online dating profiles too!!
