OU wins 31-24 over BYU. But lose Gabriel for second half
Description
It was not an easy victory. BYU put up a fight on a rainy day that made a sloppy field even more sloppy. But the concerning part of the day was losing Dillon Gabriel just before halftime to a concussion. So the question becomes whether he can be ready to play on a short week as the Sooners take on TCU Friday at 11am. The Sooners did have Jackson Arnold behind Gabriel. But as he got his feet wet as the OU starter, Gavin Sawchuk got his feet red hot as he broke off some big runs and housed it from 16 yards out. The defense wasn't great. Carey is joined by Eddie and George from Provo for the final regular season road edition of The Eskridge Postgame Podcast.
