Soteriology 101 - A Huge Blessing
I am currently an M.Div student at a seminary that primarily teaches and promotes Reformed, Calvinistic theology, and I would consider myself to be belonging to a very small minority of students at this seminary who don’t hold to this type of soteriology (I’m still not sure if I lean more toward an Arminian understanding or an understanding closer to that of Professor Flowers’ by the way). Fortunately, I found this podcast a little before starting my M.Div program and it has proven to be very profitable for me as I am constantly in dialogue with fellow students about soteriological issues. Without some of the teaching I’ve been introduced to through this podcast, I would have been defenseless during such conversations. But thanks to this podcast (along with other valuable resources I’ve found), I’ve been able to introduce other students to non-Calvinistic perspectives and correct numerous misunderstandings they’ve had about non-Calvinists. Thank you Leighton Flowers for the work you’ve put into this podcast and keep up the good work. I hope you know that the work you’re doing is slowly (but surely) reaching seminary students here. Thank you.

Leighton does a great job presenting the non-Calvinist view as well as responding to the Calvinist proof text.
