Happy New Year Everyone! This episode is a humble gift. An experience shared that is life transformational. We all have parts of ourselves that contradict one another. The contradictions can be seen as self sabotage, however is self sabotage even real or is it another part of ourselves looking out for what it sees as our best interest? This concept was first introduced to your host, Olivia Immitt, by reading The Completion Process by Teal Swan. She has recently taken this experience to the next level by working with a woman who guides her through meditation to open up channels of communication with the different parts of herself. Olivia shares her experience communicating with her heart and mind, her right and left side of the body, her calm/still point and chaos, and where she holds worry and trust in her body. In sharing this, she hopes it will inspire others to have more compassion for the parts of ourselves that we often have conflicting feelings about.
