Description
This episode was recorded during a Sound Healing Certification Course. Sanskrit isn't the only language that a mantra can be practiced in. In fact, a mantra does not even need to be in any language at all as long as the sounds produced are filled with meaning and are repeated in a pattern. In this episode we explore the reasons why mantras in Sanskrit are a good place to start, why mantras have traditionally been practiced 108 times, and how to count the 108 times "without counting". Stick around for the end of the episode to practice singing one very helpful and transformative mantra. --- This episode is sponsored by ยท Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/olivia-immitt/support
