Not well researched
I am listening to the lularoe episode - I love antimlm content and had to give this a listen. But I am disappointed that the hosts got something so wrong right off the bat. In the episode they said that a person had to pay a $5k fee to join lularoe but from my understanding in the documentary lularich and other content I’ve seen it’s that you buy a package of clothes to “start your business” and the packages start at $5k. They even try to persuade you to buy the next level up to the $10k package to start! But this basic fact seems misrepresented in this episode to mean that it costs $5k just to join as a fee. This is basic basic fact checking and it makes me think that they didn’t even watch the lularich documentary even though they mention it at the top of the episode. I also had an issue with the episode they did on the Bachelor franchise. From listening I get the impression that they don’t watch the show like at all - and the argument for if the show is an actual cult? ehh… If you are interested in the manipulation by producers and “game” aspect of the show a much better podcast is Game of Roses. Overall I think this podcast can be *entertaining* but can miss the mark.

Could only make it through a few minutes. There are so many better things to fill your time with over this trash.

Can all podcasts get to the point like this one?! Interviews go directly to the topic, no sharing the same story over and over. Great mix of everything!
