“Howdy! Really enjoy your podcast, great guests and great content :)
My only qualm (as a cult follower of the Grateful Dead) is this: the Dead isn’t a jam band. They are a psych, classic rock band, who no doubt influenced jam bands, but still…not a jam band. I personally can’t stand jam bands because of the weird fusion nonsense they get up to, and some of my least favorite live Dead performances are 15 minute songs.
Just some food for thought for folks to chew on. Also, anyone who gate keeps music and scoffs at your answer to your “favorite song” question is a jerk! Keep listening (or should I say, keep on truckin ;) )”
