Very poor quality
For a podcast about audio and I’m assuming made by people in the audio business, the actual audio quality of these podcasts sound like it’s made by 1st year students. I get sick of having one hand on the volume control as I’m listening just to mix the levels between questions and answers. If there’s more than 2 people in the episode it’s even worse with talent off mic or sharing the same mic, and forget about the quality of the audio, sounds like it’s recorded on an iPhone 3. Come on people the most basic stuff needs to happen, as in consistent levels for all talking heads and a bit of EQ and some thought into how you capture the audio. There’s some fantastic interviews with amazing people but I shouldn’t be mixing levels and EQ as I’m listening, that’s your job.

This is a wonderful podcast. Really insightful! Definitely give a watch if you’re in anyway involved in post audio for film and tv.
