“I tried tuning in to the Luis Elizondo episode, and periodically there would be ads that would interrupt in the middle of a conversation — but it’s not the ads that make it bad — I understand podcasts need revenue. It’s the fact that you’d think when the ad is over, you’d return where your left off. Nope. All that information you were getting ready to listen to is chopped out in place of the ads, and you end up missing that information, and you end up in the middle of the later conversation that transpired after he got cut off. That’s just horrible and amateurish production value.”
