Description
Have you ever thought about what the major positive emotions are and what the major negative emotions are? Napoleon Hill brought these emotions to light by identifying them in his book. According to him, human beings need to get to the point where they can identify and understand their emotions and feelings. Once they can do so, they can draw upon the positives and avoid the negatives. The seven major positive emotions are desire, faith, love, sex, enthusiasm, romance, and hope. The seven major negative emotions are fear, jealousy, hatred, revenge, greed, superstition, and anger. Do you think that it is a good idea to know this list of emotions by heart so we can refer to or rely on them when needed? It can be a great tool where we can track ourselves and be fully aware of what we lack or what our strengths are. For instance, after a year of keeping up at monitoring oneself, someone may realize that he can easily feel the fear but he would never see himself as a greedy one. This way, he can put more effort into improving his weakness which is “fear” rather than anything else. The whole point is identifying or knowing what one’s emotions are and to bend over backward to be the better version of oneself. We are all looking up to a bright future. For this reason, we ensure to give it our all so no regrets would take place. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/wafa-damlaj/message
