Dell, like most companies in corporate and or private sector has issued a lot of hybrid work flexibilities in general to address expectations of working from home. It was reported that at least 50% of their employees failed to return back to the office and do not want to work in-person. This also means many of the employees will not be promoted or stay within a certain pay grade/salary because they are not working as an hybrid employee. Let's talk about it.
