Highly Recommend Speak Up!
I started listening last week, and have already binged the first 20 episodes, and started Homework for Life. My intent is to use this to help me in Toastmasters, but I can already see myself changing the way I think about how to deliver stories when speaking with friends. While I haven’t found a story in the whole 7 days that I have done homework for life, I have noticed that it makes it easier to give a more detailed, yet brief answer to questions such as ‘ how was your weekend’.
