The Art and Craft of Storytelling
If you are interested in learning how to be a better storyteller or you just want to hear some great stories this is the best podcast by far. I really enjoy the great rapport that the hosts have. They are a married couple who don’t always agree but always demonstrate a genuine love and respect for each other. The format of the podcast is consistent from week to week and almost always includes a story told on stage with a break down of what the storyteller did well and how the story might be improved. I appreciate the consistent format and I feel like I learn something each and every episode. I also enjoy the bit of fun at the end where the hosts provide their recommendations that are not always Storytelling related but are always engaging. If you are interested in Storytelling may I suggest you listen to this podcast first and then follow by listening to any other favourite Storytelling podcasts. You will definitely hear each story with a new respect for the hard work and crafting that goes into each piece!
