Cancel culture, deliberate erasure, and the silencing of womxn and queer bodies have occurred for decades.  Those who have spoken out have been ostracised, often losing their careers or facing public banishment. Media, society, and governments continue to ignore that erasure and consciously protect and support the abusers and their enablers.  There is an intentional approach to focus on the cancel culture of abusers and undermining the victims. - Rosie Motene
