“I am giving them 5 stars for their collective efforts, rapport with each other, sense of humor and genuine love for the show and Spiderman property which shines through in every ep. Kudos to them for getting writers creators and actors as guests as well. I don’t agree with all their takes, the Smythe/kingpin roleplay is a tired bit chalk full of homoerotic humor which gets old after a while, and I think a dissenting - more critical voice could actually add a lot to the conversation.
Once they finish all the episodes I think they could crank out a pod or two comparing and ranking all Spiderman cartoons or even all media - and you could bring new people on each time someone who is “in defense of spectacular Spider-Man” or “in defense of Spiderman the new animated series”. Just a format I’ve seen work well on other pods
