“Seems a little redundant & pointless to add my voice to theirs - but I have to say it - Spike, you’re a funny guy, you know a lot about cars, and I like hearing what you have to say, of course. But for the love of God, please don’t tell people “not to talk over you” or to “watch their language” or generally act like someone’s mom whenever they’re talking. Can’t tell if you’re just busting Zuckerman’s chops, but happens often enough that it seems like you aren’t. And even if you are - it constantly ruins what was about to be a funny statement or story. And please don’t do it to the guests - it’s uncomfortable and rather silly, given that you brought them on to hear them speak, theoretically. I suppose one might say to treat every guest as if they were Seinfeld. I get the ball-busting, but the shushing and interrupting isn’t funny, it’s obnoxious & ruins the feel/flow of the show. Apart from that, it’s still one of my favorite podcasts. You have great guests, listening to Z and Jerry talk about cars with you is something I could do for hours. Address what I and everyone else are saying, and I think you’d have something truly special here.”
