“Hi Emma
You probably don’t get many message from men but my wife was reading your book and said I should as we are both the same mind set and I loved it. From then I’ve been working my way through your podcast catalog and they are brilliant and help so much. I’d like to ask if you have any tips on the letting go and relaxing, because I too am a control freak and struggle to relinquish control. Most of all I want to stop getting in my own way and step aside and let you universe take the wheel. The “post box to the universe” I find really helps me forget about my manifestations but do you have any other specific tips on “letting go”?
