Alisha also shares great advice for early Sports RD's that you won't want to miss!  USOC Senior Sport Dietitian, Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics Alicia Glass is in her 10th year working for United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee. She provides nutrition support and services at home and on the road during domestic and international travel for the USA Track and Field and USA Swimming National teams and athletes. Before that she spent time with and lent her expertise to the Winter Olympic Sports at the USOPC, and worked at US Anti-Doping Agency to educate athletes on the risks dietary supplement use and benefits of a fine-tuned nutrition plan. Glass holds a bachelor’s degree in nutrition and a master’s degree in public health nutrition from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
