“My kid loves this podcast, but on the podcast they invite kids to join the spy team by going to the website and filling out a form for an access card. We did this, but the website is glitchy and there’s no confirmation that the form was received. I messaged the podcast page first through the website then via Facebook, and despite my fb message being marked as “read,” the person who received the message will not reply to me. My son is disappointed and asking every day if his access card will come in. So to the Mr Jim team, we appreciate your podcasts, but please don’t advertise something to young hopeful kids then not follow through or even respond to messages.”
