The bible isn't just a text to for historical and scriptural insight. In fact, the bible has always been a means to have a unique, personal, direct discussion with God. This is most seen in the meditative practice of Lectio Divina, but sadly, this practice has fallen away for many spiritual seekers, despite it still being highly recommended today.
In this episode we discuss Lectio Divina as a meditation, as well as a way to receive divine insight from the Holy Spirit.
