In the second episode of My First Foot Beat, Sgt. Tech. Natasha Rowles talks to Off. Tech. Colten Brookens about his experiences during his first year as a Uniformed Division officer, including saving a fellow UD officer's life and a heartfelt moment when helping a distraught mother find her lost daughter.
Sergeant Technician Natasha Rowles has been a member of the United States Secret Service Uniformed Division since August of 2003. She’s had assignments at White House Branch, Foreign Missions Branch and is currently at the Rowley Training Center.
“The time I spent on our Patrol Unit and our Assignment and Scheduling Office really allowed me to see all the different aspects Uniformed Division has to bring,” she said. “As an officer, I had the wonderful opportunity travel all around the world and experience different cultures . I have watched historical moments first hand ranging from tragedies such as the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina to working Presidential Inaugurations.”
