Description
The results are out! Thank you so much to everyone who participated in the Stars Are Right one-page scenario-writing contest! The response has been overwhelming and the decision so very hard, but our judges made it. With big thanks again to our patron and sponsor, Drue! We were astounded by the creativity of this great community, and everyone should be super proud of their submissions!
Without further ado, here are the winners:
First place: For King and Country by Michał Pietrzak
Second place: Ballad of the Lost Danava by Kevin Kreiner
Third place: A Long Day's Night by Sabrina Haenze
Finally, an honourable mention for an outline that didn’t quite make the cut but had such a great, creative idea behind it: Extragalactic Tea Time by Michael Fryda.
Thank you all again so much! We hope you all had as much fun writing the scenario outlines as we did reading them! We’ve contacted the winners to pass on their prizes, and if you want to be kept in the loop when we next do fun things like this, don’t forget to follow us on social media or sign up to our email newsletter.
