Welcome back!
So glad Sam rebooted the podcast! She has been such an inspiration to me and I am old enough to be her….older, older sister😂 I connect with her as a divorced, infertile woman whose life turned into a miracle with a remarriage and adoption of my amazing son (20 years ago, man time flies)! I am here to support and lift up women who need the support and community I found in my darkest hours! Sam brings us all together and though I thought I would be one to help with sharing my story and it’s lessons, I have learned so very much from you, Sam! You literally changed (and saved, not kidding) my life! I have followed your tips to get my health and stress under control while going through a huge upheaval when my mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. With my husband’s full support, I moved back in with my parents 2 years ago and was able to be with my mom and dad until she passed on the 24th of March this year. I am staying to be here for my dad so I have a rather unconventional marriage right now, but it works for my family! A year ago, I was stressed, overwhelmed and very unhealthy and Sam’s YouTube channel and her brand helped me get back into control of my health again. I have lost 50 pounds, gotten my blood pressure under control and am now making time for myself within the madness thanks to being part of the #inspiredsquad Highly recommend this podcast for anyone looking to improve their lives and find a supportive community!

I would love to hear how you connect with fellow youtubers. It’s fascinating how you can make genuine friendships over the Internet! Such a different way...Read full review »
