“I’m not gonna lie to you I was in a really bad place when I started listening to Star tripper. It was like 3 am and all I wanted was a distraction from thinking about my academic future. I stumbled on to this podcast and decided to give it a listen and let me tell you I was not disappointed. The sheer amount of happiness and hope the trailer filled me with was unbelievable.
It’s not a complicated story but that’s what I think makes it work so well. It’s just about an alien and his ship traveling around the universe. Along the way they help people, get in to trouble, make friends with pirates, and even crash a wedding. The acting is amazing, the sound design is wonderful, and most of all you can tell that there is kindness at the heart of this show. It’s easily in my top 10 favorite podcast.”
