My role is guiding the team toward defining questions and desired outcomes that we can measure, engaging with stakeholders, and communicating the impact of our work. Fortunately, I work with great data scientists, so I don’t need to be an expert on that domain, but I know I’ll be more effective if I have a deeper understanding of their work.
