“With all the bad new flying about in the UK atm, this made me laugh with their hilarious antics, brilliant banter and their genuine humble self disclosure of how they’re not as wonderful as they “thought” they were or was going to be. If I had to give this first episode a song, it would be Bros’s “When will I be famous”, or a saying would be, “Confidence is that self assured feeling you get, just before you fall flat on your face”. This podcast consists of comparing themselves with Ant & Dec, embarrassing beauty treatments & their quest for fame including the too long lingering hug (maybe stop doing that Sam) and that’s just the first 20 minutes! Can’t wait for more. I never give 5 ⭐️‘s and if I’m honest the extra one from 4 to 5 is in the hope Sam is willing to take one for the team, in their committed quest for A list comedic stardom, and names his first kid Tarquin rather than Sebastian! Pete you are the voice of reason. I’m with you Pete, I have no idea who the love Island stars are, and will die happy never knowing. But I loved listening to Pete & Sam discussing them. I can’t wait till next week to hear more! This is pure platinum!! Give it go.”
