Reality-Shattering
When it comes to sheer content, Stem-Talk is like Radiolab hooked up to a fusion reactor. I just listened to the Mark Mattson interview and had my mind blown about three times. If you think three meals and two snacks a day is optimal eating and you want to keep thinking that, don’t listen to this podcast.

OK, some of the most intriguing and informative Podcast I have heard to date. The format with two main speakers (Dr. Ford and a guest) and the moderator, is just well executed and the content and speakers will keep you coming back.
