This episode is something that is so incredibly important to me, Health and fitness is something that I prioritise every day now but it wasn’t always. Even though I’m only 33 years old I’ve been through a LOT with my health and fitness journey, There was a time when the only liquids I drank were Coca-Cola or Beer, I had Maccas for breakfast, ate a pub lunch every day and I gained 25 kilograms in the space of 12 months. Something happened (which I’ll tell you about in this episode) and I began the journey of losing it all only to find that when I had the abs, and hit my goal weight I was more miserable than ever before.  I’m going to take you back to the beginning of how this journey started, the moments I hit rock bottom and the turning points that completely changed my relationship with food and my own body.
