“Such a shame steve Allen isn’t on in the morning anymore, loved him to bits during happy times and sad times he knew how to deliver. All I listen to on Lbc now is the mystery hour ( known by Steve as the magical hour) you really let so many people down when you let him go and in the style that he went after all those years should have been a farewell show. He put everything into his shows he altered his life going to bed late afternoon working at the studios during the pandemic and more he deserved better than you gave. If you ever read this mr Allen thank you for those years listening to you was a pleasure and gave me comfort when I was lonely at times such as my mother and partners passing which were close together without knowing you were my rock. All the best and like so many miss you loads”
