Description
We all need advice on career advancement. We’ve heard from so many listeners who want to know how to find a mentor, how to start building leadership skills, how to prove they’re ready for a promotion and so much more.
Cate Luzio is ready to share all the secrets to her success. After a career in financial services, Cate opened a career advancement space called Luminary. With both physical and virtual spaces and events, the professional education and networking platform is meant to propel women and allies forward in their professional journeys.
Anyone can follow the advice in this episode, but Cate also gives us some guidance specifically for women. Cate left me with a comment that stuck with me: often men advance on potential while women advance on performance.
I hope this episode helps all of our listeners who are ready to grow in their careers!
