Sometimes hindered by lack of structure
This has the potential to be a good listen. Doesn’t feel like a good podcast, not enough detail around the food. The relaxed nature of the conversation sometimes works well but other times not. The bringing of the guest eg like a married pair is sometimes nice like with the Elizabeth Day and Ed Gamble episodes ( adds more colour to a person you may already know I the media). But with the Jordan stephens episode his friend wasn’t properly introduced, and it was all a bit confused. Could be better
