Learned about this podcast on WOC podcasters page. Wow. Loved it. So informative and interesting. Gave me a nice peak into the black sewing community. Especially loved the discussion about flesh colored crayons and the terms “nude” and “natural” and how they are very much part of racial discourse

This is the perfect soundtrack to sew to, I love the segments when it’s just the host but I love the guests too. I’m not a garment sewer but she has such an engaging way of storytelling I’m into every episode!

I just stumbled on this podcast and now I know what I’ll be listening to while I sew until I run out of episodes. So many interesting new to me people to follow and learn from.
