The state government created the St. Isidore of Seville Catholic Virtual School as a public school with taxpayer money. The school was explicitly dedicated to teaching children Catholic theology and rituals, and discriminated in hiring and leadership against non-Catholics. The Supreme Court of Oklahoma wasn't having it.
